Internationalization in Griffon is done in similar way like in Java - with text resources placed in property files. Griffon (version 0.2) generates main property file (griffon-app/i18n/messages.properties) when application is created. There is no other Internationalization support (yet?) and it must be done in regular Java way. This posts describes implementation of internationalization with use of stringtomap library to keep i18n property files simple. (read more…)

First, I thought to use blogger.com for blogging on SW development. I found out that it is almost impossible to use it for posts related to SW development. It takes too much time to format source code in blogger. I decided to use Wikidot, as I like Wiki idea and I think in combination with Blog it can be quite nice experience. (read more…)
